Avesta P5 Stainless Steel MIG Welding Wire is perfect for dissimilar welds between stainless and mild steel connections while offers high resistance to cracking. 33# Spool wire of 0.045" Dia is a molybdenum-alloyed wire of 309MoL type structured for welding high strength steels such as Hardox® and Armox®. Wire when used for surfacing the composition is more or less equal to that of ASTM 316 from the first run. It delivers excellent corrosion resistance to type 316L and corrosion resistance achieved on the first layer when surfacing corresponds to that of ASTM 316.
